Breakfast made up for everything!

The breakfast was a feast with a rich selection of seasonal foods, offering something for everyone. The rooftop views were fine and a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day.

We faced delays during check-in, with the room not being ready until past the stated time. The room, while decent, had a few maintenance issues like curtains falling off and some stains on the sofa.

A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Brasserie X that was only 10 minutes' walk away. It is close to the airport. Placed within 55 minutes' car ride to Oslo;)))

Loved the rooftop pool and fine harbour views! My room was spacious and had comfy beds.

The Hotel was very nice located in Tonsberg city and the breakfast was very good.

When we arrived the Hotel 6.30 p.m there was no hot water (too cold to shower). 11.30 p.m the water was still cold. Very disapointing for a Hotel rated 5 stars. The water was warm enough for a shower in the morning.

I enjoyed incredible breakfast, incredibly beautiful views.

The hotel was modern and fairly clean in a pretty nice area. I asked for a standard queen room and the one given was fairly quiet and warm. Pretty friendly staff and everything was fantastic. The location of the property was good and stunning - at a moderate distance from The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

There were no free parking.

Baggage room (close to the entrance) was not locked nor did the hotel provide any supervision of baggage left there.

The room was tidy as, but I found the shower design a bit dodgy. Breakfast was spot on though, heaps of choice! Chur for that!

The staff was cute and friendly. The room was spacious and equipped with everything needed for a short stay. I was really surprised by the breakfast buffet. It offered a wide array of healthy options, fruits, and delicious hot items, all presented in a spacious area. The river view from the hotel was fine as well.

I found the shower design a bit awkward and not very user-friendly.

Location was great! Rooms were clean and decent, but not cosy.

Breakfast offers a wide variety of high-quality food choices. The rooftop bar and pool provide a unique space to unwind while enjoying scenic views.

Storage space is severely lacking in the superior twin room, leaving little option for organizing belongings. The absence of essential items like a fridge or safe is disappointing, especially for longer stays. Noise from nearby bands can disrupt sleep, particularly during warm months when windows are kept open. Parking fees are on the higher side.
